Hi-Therm electric steam boiler series employs electric heating elements as the heating media. It comprises of an insulated boiler vessel, SS heating elements, feed water pump, water level controller, pressure and temperature controllers, steam valves, safety valves, drain valves and electrical accessories. All these equipment are housed in a packaged unit.

Quality Testing
Each boiler pressure vessel undergoes hydrostatic test at twice the operating pressure (i.e. at 10 Bars), to ensure strength and no leaks.
The boiler electricals, mountings & fittings and the feed water pump are tested under normal operating conditions prior to dispatch, to ensure that the boiler is ready to use.
Computer controlled Boiler operation
Hi-Therm’s microprocessor-based controller makes the boiler fully automatic and ensures safe operating conditions.
The Boiler starts generating steam at a mere turn of a switch and requires little to no attention once it has achieved full pressure steam.
